For the price we paid, we got great value for our money. The room was spacious, clean, and had a fantastic view. The hotel's location was convenient, tucked away on a quiet street but still close to restaurants and shops. The staff treated us like family, always friendly and smiling, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable.
The morning meal could be improved with a wider selection of options.

It was worth its 3 stars. Thanks to their manager for the help. We dined out at Caffe Concerto, set a short walk to the hotel...

The hotel had an outdoor tennis court and a spa tub. It was like having our own mini sports center right on the premises!

During my stay, everything was simply fantastic. The room I stayed in was spacious with a lovely balcony. I enjoyed the beautiful view from there. It was very clean, and I was pleased with the facilities such as the jacuzzi. Breakfast had many delicious options to choose from, and the staff were very helpful and smiled a lot. The location was perfect, close to many shops and restaurants, and the lake was within walking distance. I had no problems finding a parking spot for my car.
Nothing all good.

Had a mediocre time in , , , , during Xmas. the location is great and very accessible, close to restaurants and bars. Plus the breakfast was complimentary and satisfying. the view from the room was a bonus.
The bathroom was not well designed. There was no proper separation between the shower, sink, and toilet, that whole space gets wet every time someone takes a shower.

Spent Christmas at this lovely hotel. The breakfast offered was amazing and had vegan options. The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk to the main street with shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful in recommending local activities.
Our room lacked some facilities, such as a kettle, hairdryer, and TV signal. , the Wi-Fi signal was not strong and kept disconnecting.

This hotel is a hidden gem near Lakeside in Pokhara. It offers great value for money and is conveniently located close to all the restaurants. The staff is super friendly and always has a smile on their faces. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a large balcony that offers the most wonderful view of the mountains. The bathroom is also spacious and the shower is amazing. Plus, the hotel provides fast and reliable wifi, which is a big plus. And let's not forget the yummy breakfast that is served every morning.
The only downside is the absence of an elevator, which might be a bit challenging for older travelers.

The location was absolutely incredible, within walking distance to the lake and main shopping streets. The staff were mind-blowingly excellent, providing top-notch service. There was a laundromat nearby and shops for supplies. The view from our room on the 5th floor was jaw-dropping, with magnificent mountains in sight. The management was fantastic, always friendly and helpful, making us feel like family. The spacious room and surprising balcony were a pleasant surprise. The buffet breakfast was super fantastic every single morning. The hotel was in a secluded and peaceful area, yet just a 5-minute walk to the lake. The hotel owner, family, and staff attended to every need and inquiry, treating us like members of the family. The hotel and rooms were very clean and had all the necessary amenities, including heat, A/C, 24-hour hot water, and a comfortable bed. I highly recommend this hotel to any travelers, and I myself will definitely return for a longer stay. Thank you to the amazing hotel family for a great experience!
